James, simply put is amazing. I called James a few months ago for a simple fix for one of my tyres after another garage had butchered a repair job. Little did I know that James would be so welcoming, informative and always there to help no matter how busy. I have subsequently taken my Land Rover to him for a number of issues and he has always been able to help. Although he does not advertise as a specialist he knows these vehicles inside out. James and his team are amazing. I’ve taken my RR Evoque to James a couple of times with faults, which he has diagnosed and fixed without further issues. James was amazing. We were about to leave a local campsite with our caravan and realized we had no breaks! The break pipe had corroded and we had no way home. Called a local garage who were fully booked and they recommended JR Automotive. I can’t speak highly enough about James and his guys at this business.I broke down a mile or so from his business and was waiting for my breakdown cover to help me get back on the road. They let me down severely and I was in danger of being stranded in the Surrey countryside, 140 miles away from home over the whole weekend.James not only came to the rescue and fixed my car with a new part the next morning (after trying his hardest to get the part working at the time), but his guys also gave me a lift to a hotel in Leatherhead (and even returned my phone to the hotel which I had stupidly left behind).A 5 Star rating doesn’t even begin to cover how much I am grateful.
